This Privacy Policy explains how RankWright ("RankWright", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects information when you visit rankwright.com or use our services. RankWright is a marketing agency based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, serving contractors and trades across Atlantic Canada. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

When you fill out a form, book a call, or contact us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, and anything you write in a message.

  • Google for analytics and, for client campaigns, advertising and search tools.
  • GoHighLevel / LeadConnector for booking, CRM and communication.
  • Netlify for website hosting.

These providers are required to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety or property.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law, then we delete or de-identify it.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law you can ask us to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct information that is wrong or out of date.
  • Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
  • Withdraw consent for marketing or analytics at any time.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our site may link to other websites, such as our clients' sites or third-party tools. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Please review their policies.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
